Job Purpose:
To provide technical support and maintenance for PhaDoc’s IT systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations for all team members and volunteers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for team members and volunteers.
– Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
– Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.
– Assist with network administration and support.
– Manage IT inventory and documentation.
– Collaborate with other departments to provide technical support for projects and initiatives.
– Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
– Experience in IT support or related roles.
– Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
– Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with non-profit or volunteer organizations.
– Familiarity with network administration and cybersecurity.
Work Environment:
