Job Purpose:
To support the HR department in managing the recruitment process, ensuring the efficient and effective hiring of volunteers and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
– Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
– Conduct initial interviews and assessments of candidates.
– Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.
– Support onboarding and orientation processes for new volunteers and team members.
– Collaborate with other departments to identify staffing needs and requirements.
– Participate in HR projects and initiatives related to recruitment.
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Experience in recruitment or related roles.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with non-profit or volunteer organizations.
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Work Environment:
– This position is entirely remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.
