Job Purpose:
To support the HR department in managing employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment, and addressing any employee concerns or issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and mediation.
– Address and resolve employee inquiries and concerns promptly.
– Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
– Maintain accurate records of employee interactions and issues.
– Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
– Provide support for onboarding and orientation processes.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive HR approach.
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Experience in employee relations or related roles.
– Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with non-profit or volunteer organizations.
– Familiarity with HR software and tools.
Work Environment:
– This position is entirely remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.
