Job Purpose:
To research, write, and submit grant proposals to secure funding for PhaDoc’s projects and initiatives, ensuring the financial sustainability of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
– Research potential funding sources, including foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
– Write and submit grant proposals, ensuring they align with funding requirements and organizational goals.
– Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information and documentation for proposals.
– Monitor and track the status of submitted grants and follow up as needed.
– Maintain accurate records of grant applications, deadlines, and outcomes.
– Assist in the development of fundraising strategies and initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
– Experience in grant writing or related roles.
– Excellent writing and research skills.
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
– Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with non-profit or volunteer organizations.
– Familiarity with grant databases and research tools.
Work Environment:
– This position is entirely remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.
