Job Purpose:
To create compelling documentary content that highlights PhaDoc’s projects, initiatives, and impact, providing a visual narrative to support our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and produce documentary content, including videos and photo essays.
– Conduct interviews with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and community members.
– Research and gather information to ensure accuracy and depth in documentary content.
– Collaborate with the content creation team to align documentary projects with PhaDoc’s goals.
– Edit and finalize documentary materials for publication.
– Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in documentary production.
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Film, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
– Experience in documentary production or related roles.
– Proficiency with video production and editing software.
– Strong storytelling and interviewing skills.
– Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with non-profit or volunteer organizations.
– Familiarity with public health topics and issues.
Work Environment:
