Job Purpose:
To lead and manage PhaDoc’s volunteer services, ensuring effective recruitment, training, and engagement of volunteers to support the organization’s mission and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategies for volunteer recruitment, training, and retention.
– Oversee the onboarding and orientation process for new volunteers.
– Coordinate volunteer activities and schedules.
– Provide support and guidance to volunteers to ensure their success and satisfaction.
– Collaborate with other team members to align volunteer efforts with organizational goals.
– Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of volunteer programs.
– Maintain accurate records of volunteer activities and contributions.
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
– Experience in volunteer management or related roles.
– Strong organizational and leadership skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with non-profit or volunteer organizations.
– Familiarity with volunteer management software and tools.
Work Environment:
– This position is entirely remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.
