Job Purpose:
To develop and execute Facebook marketing strategies that increase PhaDoc’s online presence, engagement, and reach, promoting our mission and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement Facebook marketing campaigns.
– Manage PhaDoc’s Facebook page and create engaging content.
– Monitor and analyze the performance of Facebook marketing campaigns.
– Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages.
– Collaborate with the content creation team to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
– Stay updated with the latest Facebook marketing trends and tools.
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– Experience in digital marketing, particularly on Facebook.
– Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant tools.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and creativity skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with non-profit or volunteer organizations.
– Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO strategies.
Work Environment:
