Job Purpose:
To accurately enter and manage data related to PhaDoc’s projects, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for team members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
– Enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets.
– Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy.
– Maintain and organize records and files.
– Assist in generating reports and data summaries.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure data requirements are met.
– Perform routine data quality checks and audits.
Required Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Experience in data entry or related fields.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, etc.).
– Good organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with non-profit or volunteer organizations.
– Familiarity with database management systems.
Work Environment:
– This position is entirely remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.
