Job Purpose:
To create compelling newsletter content that keeps PhaDoc’s audience informed and engaged with public health messages, updates, and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
– Research and write informative and engaging content for PhaDoc’s newsletters.
– Collaborate with team members and healthcare professionals to ensure accuracy and relevance.
– Develop content that aligns with PhaDoc’s mission and goals.
– Design and format newsletters to ensure they are visually appealing and easy to read.
– Monitor and respond to feedback and inquiries from newsletter subscribers.
– Stay updated with the latest public health trends and news.
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Health, or a related field.
– Experience in content creation or writing for newsletters.
– Excellent writing and research skills.
– Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, etc.).
– Strong understanding of email marketing and content marketing principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with non-profit or volunteer organizations.
– Familiarity with health education and public health topics.
Work Environment:
– This position is entirely remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.
