Job Purpose:
To build and maintain relationships with voters, ensuring their engagement and participation in PhaDoc’s initiatives and public health campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
– Act as the primary point of contact for voters engaged with PhaDoc.
– Develop and implement strategies to engage voters in PhaDoc’s activities and goals.
– Organize and coordinate voter engagement activities and events.
– Maintain accurate records of voter interactions and contributions.
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure voters are informed and involved in ongoing projects.
– Address and resolve any issues or concerns from voters.
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
– Experience in community engagement or managing voter relationships.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
– Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with non-profit or volunteer organizations.
– Familiarity with voter engagement strategies and tools.
Work Environment:
– This position is entirely remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.
