Job Purpose:
To foster and maintain positive relationships between PhaDoc and its community of volunteers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
– Act as the primary point of contact for volunteers.
– Facilitate communication between volunteers and the organization.
– Organize and coordinate volunteer activities and events.
– Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new volunteers.
– Address and resolve any volunteer-related issues or concerns.
– Maintain accurate records of volunteer activities and contributions.
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
– Experience in volunteer management or community engagement.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
– Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with non-profit or volunteer organizations.
– Familiarity with community engagement strategies and tools.
Work Environment:
– This position is entirely remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.
