Community Liaison Officer (CLO) for Partners

Company Overview:

Join PhaDoc, an innovative initiative dedicated to creating engaging and educational multimedia content for global health education. We leverage audiovisual materials to inform and inspire young audiences about crucial health topics.

Job Purpose:

To establish and maintain strong relationships with organizational partners, ensuring their engagement and collaboration in support of PhaDoc’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

– Act as the primary point of contact for organizational partners.

– Develop and implement strategies to engage and support partners.

– Coordinate and organize partnership activities and events.

– Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and contributions.

– Collaborate with other team members to ensure partners are informed and involved in ongoing projects.

– Address and resolve any issues or concerns from partners.

Required Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

– Experience in managing partnerships or stakeholder relationships.

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

– Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

– Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience with non-profit or volunteer organizations.

– Familiarity with partnership engagement strategies and tools.

Work Environment:

– This position is entirely remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.
