Job Purpose:
To support the Director of Operations in overseeing the daily operations of PhaDoc, ensuring efficient and effective processes that align with the organization’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing operational activities.
– Manage and improve operational processes and policies.
– Support the recruitment, training, and management of volunteers.
– Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
– Monitor and report on operational performance.
– Handle administrative tasks related to operations.
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
– Experience in operations management or a similar role.
– Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
– Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with non-profit or volunteer organizations.
– Knowledge of project management tools.
Work Environment:
– This position is entirely remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.
