Job Purpose:
To provide administrative support to PhaDoc’s team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments.
– Handle correspondence and communication, including emails and phone calls.
– Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and documents.
– Maintain and update records and databases.
– Coordinate and support team activities and events.
– Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Experience in an administrative or support role.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, etc.).
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with non-profit or volunteer organizations.
– Familiarity with project management tools.
Work Environment:
– This position is entirely remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.
