Job Purpose:
To build and maintain relationships with contestants participating in PhaDoc’s competitions, ensuring their engagement and support throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
– Act as the primary point of contact for contestants.
– Develop and implement strategies to engage and support contestants.
– Coordinate and organize contestant activities and events.
– Maintain accurate records of contestant interactions and contributions.
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure contestants are informed and involved in ongoing projects.
– Address and resolve any issues or concerns from contestants.
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
– Experience in managing relationships or stakeholder engagement.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
– Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with non-profit or volunteer organizations.
– Familiarity with engagement strategies for competitions and contestants.
Work Environment:
– This position is entirely remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.
