Job Purpose:
To coordinate and support PhaDoc’s fundraising efforts, ensuring the success of campaigns and initiatives aimed at securing resources for the organization’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement fundraising strategies and campaigns.
– Assist in the organization and coordination of fundraising events and activities.
– Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors and sponsors.
– Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of fundraising initiatives.
– Collaborate with team members to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals.
– Manage fundraising databases and records.
– Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
– Experience in fundraising, development, or related roles.
– Strong organizational and project management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with non-profit or volunteer organizations.
– Familiarity with fundraising software and tools.
Work Environment:
– This position is entirely remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.
